Garden Wing Superior Room With a rich décor influenced by our vibrant surroundings, these rooms enjoy views of the bustling Chao Phraya River. Traditional Thai silks and dark teak furnishings have been used throughout to provide a sense of place, while fresh exotic fruits and flowers are provided daily for a luxurious touch. Furnishings include the choice of king or twin beds, a working desk and armchairs, and a spacious en-suite bathroom. All 339 rooms benfit from private butler service.

Le Normandie

One of the best-loved French restaurants in Asia, Le Normandie offers a delicious fine dining menu and an exceptional wine cellar. Situated in the Garden Wing of the hotel, the restaurant frequently entertains the highest echelons of Thai high society from celebrities and politicians to members of the Royal Family. Offering stunning views over the river through floor-to-ceiling windows, the restaurant enjoys an elegant feel with large chandeliers, round tables and stunning flower arrangements. Sala Rim Naam

Lying across the river from the hotel, Sala Rim Naam offers a delicious choice of traditional Thai dishes including Lon Poo Talay (sea crab meat cooked in coconut milk), Yaam Talay (spiced seafood salad) and Mussamun Nuea (southern style beef curry with sweet potato and onion). Housed in a richly decorated pavilion built in the traditional Northern Thai style, Sala Rim Naam is the setting for a unique cultural experience — a classical Thai dance show performed every night. Lord Jim’s Seafood Restaurant

Named after the seafaring hero created by novelist Joseph Conrad, Lord Jim’s reputation for magnificent seafood is almost as well known as its namesake. Enjoying an uninterrupted view of the river, Lord Jim’s serves one of the most popular buffet lunches in Bangkok with a wide selection of seafood and international dishes on offer. For dinner, diners can choose from an à la carte or set menu. Focusing on the freshest seafood available, Lord Jim’s is particularly renowned for its sushi and sashimi dishes. The China House

Inspired by Shanghai’s legendary Art Deco period, The China House is our stunning Cantonese fine dining restaurant. Featuring authentic Cantonese dishes interpreted in a contemporary style, The China House offers one of our most celebrated dining experiences. Housed in a beautifully restored two-storey colonial building, The China House enjoys an opulent old-world feel with dark wood furnishings and atmospheric low lighting. Under talented Executive Chef Andy Leong Siew Fye, The China House features an a la carte menu, unlimited Dim Sum (Tue-Sat) and a Brunch Buffet (Sun) containing many signature dishes from the menu. We also offer guests the chance to enjoy our private dining facilities. We have three private dining rooms, each seating up to 10 guests and one larger room seating up to 20 diners.
