Your travel documentation will be sent to you five to seven days prior to departure. Please note, routes and timings are subject to the constraints of the rail network and may alter. Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to departure.

Your travel documentation including your full itinerary and confirmed timings will be sent to you five to seven days prior to departure. Please arrive 20 minutes before departure time.
WHAT TO WEAR
Smart casual (but not jeans or trainers) is recommended on board. For race meetings, a jacket and tie is often required. Please wear practical clothing for outdoor events.
The Belmond British Pullman comprises of eleven dining carriages,seating a total of 226 guests and contains tables of two and four, with plenty of room for guests to move around and enjoy the train’s sociable atmosphere. Your table, set with a crisp white tablecloth, shining silverware and glittering crystal, sets the scene. Let chefs prepare fine lunches and dinners from the local ingredients from the regions you travel through. Each meal is accompanied by the finest wines and Champagnes, expertly selected by a qualified sommelier.
Please note that you may be seated sharing a table – this will be confirmed prior to confirming your booking.
Belmond operate a strict no-smoking policy on board their trains.
MOBILE PHONES AND HANDHELD DEVICES
Please turn these off while in your carriage as a consideration to other passengers.
We recommend you purchase adequate travel insurance for your trip. We cannot be held responsible for loss of deposits and/or other costs incurred if you cancel your reservation.
We are able to accommodate passengers with slight walking difficulties. However, we recommend they are accompanied by a carer. We regret that our carriages cannot be boarded on wheelchair. Staff are able to assist passengers to their seats and folding wheelchairs can be stored during the journey.
Some journeys are not suitable for people with disabilities. Should you have any special requirements please let us know before booking.
