Choose from a selection of classic pampering options, including Swedish and deep-tissue massages, glow-unveiling skin treatments, a signature Mediterranean aromatherapy ritual, and mani-pedis; locally sourced ingredients, including olive oil, grape seeds and rosemary, are used for all massages. Castello di Casole entices those who would love to vacation among enchanting vineyards and olive groves. The estate has more than 100 acres of organic vineyards dotting its gorgeous landscape, 13 distinct plots that include Cabernet, Sangiovese, Merlot and Petit Verdot varietals. Ranging from newly planted to decades-old, the grapes are used to produce both our Dodici and ‘C’ private-label signature wines, which are available through our winery only to Guests of the Hotel Castello Di Casole and Owners of the Tuscan villas and farmhouses.
The wine experience is particularly evident whenever you dine at Ristorante Tosca, where a large wall displays hundreds of vintages from leading wineries in Tuscany and around the world. The estate’s expert sommelier will assist in creating special food and wine pairings.
Tuscany is home to the world’s finest olive groves, and the 30 acres at Castello di Casole may very well be the finest of all. Harvested each fall, the olives produce a private-label extra virgin olive oil unlike any other. While we continue to plant trees around the estate, the existing groves produce just 2,500 bottles of oil annually. All are bottled and used exclusively at the Castello di Casole estate, with a dedicated allotment for Owners and guests.

The Oliveto Suites are a short stroll to the main hotel villa and are an enticing confluence of rustic Tuscan charm combined with new world Italian flair. These suites have a private apartment feel with spectacular views from both the living room and bedroom and offer large private, outdoor terraces, which are unique and very uncommon in Tuscany. The interiors are spacious with an open floor plan, travertine flooring throughout, custom pieces that represent the best of Italy’s custom furniture makers and original contemporary artwork. A neutral color palette of grey, taupe and truffle browns with accents of Tuscany’s hues of terracotta and blue is revealed through a mixture of textures and materials such as leathers, brushed nickel, horn and lacquered finishes. The primary entry to the suite is to the living area, decorated in a contemporary Tuscan design featuring two-story ceiling-to-floor windows allowing the rooms abundant natural light. The master bedroom is located on the lower level with a private garden terrace off of the main bedroom with comfortable outdoor seating. The Limonaia Suites depict a contemporary Tuscan, loft motif with soothing colors of light blues, yellows and taupe greys. Italian antiques with painted finishes, particular light fixtures, comfortable chairs and custom designed beds are highlighted by paintings and artwork. Each of these two-story suites has a modern bathroom featuring contemporary fixtures, Italian travertine and mosaic, and large painted shutters. All bathrooms include personalized amenities diffusing local Tuscan scents, heated towel racks, separate double showerheads and Italian design freestanding bathtubs.
