Detailed Itinerary- Ed Sheeran Live in Rome
Day One – Friday 13th June 2025
Your itinerary will begin with a direct flight from London Heathrow to Rome Fiumicino with British Airways, departing at 06:45 and arriving at 10:25. On arrival, a private car will be waiting to transfer you to Baglioni Hotel Regina in Rome city centre.
Enjoy the remainder of your day at leisure. Over 3,000 years of history can be found throughout the cobblestone streets in Rome, from the Colloseum to Trevi fountain, the capital of Italy is filled with things to see and do.
Day Two – Saturday 14th June 2025
This morning, enjoy breakfast at your hotel.
Today is another day to enjoy the beautiful city of Rome, before the concert this evening. Perhaps book a private tour and learn all about Rome and what makes it the city it is today. Rome was called the “Eternal City” by the ancient Romans because they believed that no matter what happened in the rest of the world, the city of Rome would always remain standing.
Early this evening, your chauffer will be waiting to transfer you to Stadio Olimpico for the Ed Sheeran concert. Seating in Primo Numbered Sector is included.
Following an incredible evening, your chauffer will be waiting to transfer you back to your hotel.
Day Three – Sunday 15th June 2025
Today is your final day in Rome, however as your flight does not depart until early this evening, you have another day to enjoy at leisure in the city.
Begin your day with breakfast, before making your way back out into the city.
Late afternoon, your private transfer will be waiting to take you back to Fiumicino airport for your return flight to London Heathrow (regional available) with British Airways. Your flight will depart at 20:55, landing at 22:35.
